Uniway Computer Assessments was established in 1987 to help insurance companies, brokers and their clients with computer related claims. We specialise in this type of work and over the last twenty years have saved the insurance industry millions of dollars. Uniway is different from other companies in that we focus on identifying exactly what clients have lost and what their correct entitlement is.
In 2002, Uniway was appointed by NZI to be their preferred supplier. However, we carry out assessments on behalf of all insurers, loss adjusters and brokers within New Zealand.
We organise replacements, supply present day valuations, recommend cash settlements, advise on declinature and, where necessary, carry out investigative work. When it has proved necessary we even organise cash settlements.
Customer service is of paramount importance to us. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service and at the same time reduce the cost of claims. Our technical ability and knowledge of product is a valuable resource both in helping to quantify the loss and to identify correct and suitable replacements. Providing quality product, carrying out installation and configuration of systems correctly and providing ongoing service to our client base have been fundamental to the success of Uniway.
